Our AGT Test Center serves with modern test equipment and our expert staff to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability in the transformer sector. Our test center is designed to perform comprehensive tests of transformers up to 10-36 kV / 10 mVA in full compliance with TS EN 60076-1 standard. We continue our electrical transformer production journey, which we started as Deniz Elektrik in 2006, with our new identity since 2021.

Electrical Test Capabilities

Winding Resistance Measurement

We measure the winding resistances of three-phase or single-phase transformers with DC current up to 10 amperes with high precision. This test is critical for evaluating the accuracy of winding connections and the quality of winding material.

Transformation Ratio and Vector Group Test

Short Circuit Impedance and Load Loss Measurement

Temperature Rise Test

We evaluate the transformer's thermal performance and the effectiveness of its cooling system by measuring the temperature rise in its windings and oil while operating under nominal load.

Insulation Resistance Test

Oil Dielectric Strength Test

Advanced Analysis Capabilities

Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA)

We evaluate the transformer's mechanical integrity by performing frequency response analysis to detect winding deformations. This test is critical especially after transportation and short circuit events.
